  My fiancé and I bought an $1800 engagement ring from Kay and had to have it resized. This was thanksgiving of 2017. It was supposed to be delivered to the store by January. When we never heard from them, we called the store and the associate claims she “never ordered it and has no explanation as to why.” It has to be reordered and won’t be available until March! Six months later! Now when we try to call the Eastview Mall store to get a date to come pick it up, nobody ever answers. Horrible customer service!
